              Simple Steps to Minimize Anxiety
              1. Talk and walk more slowly
                  2. Hum a song
                  3. Focus on your senses (What do you see?  What do you hear?)
                  4. Use positive affirmations (I am ok.  I can survive this.)
                  5. Pay attention to your breathing (Take a deep, slow breath)
                  6. Use a calming keyword.  Say or write your word (e.g. peace, love)
                  7. Feel like people are looking at you?  Glance around to invalidate this fear.
                  8. Extend kindness to other people
