Hello Parkview Families,
It has been a great week at Parkview! This Tuesday, our Bullpups celebrated Earth Day in the best way possible—by giving back to the environment right here at Parkview! Students cleaned up litter and spruced up the trails. We’re proud of their hard work and the ownership they took over their tasks on Tuesday!
Tomorrow, April 25, 2025, as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment at Parkview, we will be conducting a school safety/intruder drill. These drills are an important part of our safety preparedness efforts. They are designed to help ensure that students and staff know how to respond in the unlikely event of an emergency in or around the building. Please rest assured that these exercises are conducted with great care and sensitivity and are never intended to frighten or alarm students or parents.
For more detailed information about the procedures and what to expect, please refer to the letter that was emailed to you on April 23, 2025.

First Annual Bullpup Games-Volunteers Needed!
Help us make our first annual Bullpup Games a success! Our PBIS team has put together a celebration day full of team building activities for all grade levels. Please follow this link for a survey to complete if you are interested in volunteering for this event.
Mother's Day Breakfast - May 9, 2025
Calling all moms, grandmas, aunts, and more - this event is for you! All students may choose one special person to attend BaGALS with your GAL the morning of Friday, May 9th before school. Come enjoy some bagels and refreshments before school! Please RSVP here.

3rd Annual CCSF Color Rush – Thursday, May 29
Last year over 400 people participated in our CCSF Color Rush. Join us at Centennial Park on May 29th for a 1-mile color run. Games with prizes before the run. Color during the run. Picnic food available for purchase after the run. $1.50 per participant goes back to the PTO of the school selected at sign-up! Sign up by May 5th for a free t-shirt.

5th Grade Celebration Fun - June 6, 2025
Get ready, 5th graders! It's time to celebrate YOU at the 5th Grade Celebration! Mark your calendars for June 6th from 5-7:30 PM, and join your fellow classmates for an evening of fun, laughter, and a farewell to elementary school adventures as you prepare for the big leap to middle school!

All-City Elementary Band Concert - May 5, 2025
Featuring Parkview, Westlawn, and Thorson Elementary Schools
Date: Monday, May 5
Time: 7:00 PM (Students report at 6:30 PM)
Location: Cedarburg Performing Arts Center (CPAC)
Student Attire: Students should dress nicely - please no shorts, flip-flops, crocs, or sandals
Students need: Instrument and music (No music stands)
Parents will also hear from a representative from White House of Music who will review with your rental options for the summer and next school year.

PTO's Celebration Rock
We are also happy to offer our Celebration Rock to families to paint for special occasions or words of encouragement during the year. Please see this form for information and to sign up!! Please note, payment of $10 must be made within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your date. If we do not receive payment, your date will be opened up for others that may be interested!! PTO will supply black spray paint and basic colors which can be found in the office and must be returned the next morning. Keep in mind, painting cannot begin until 4PM on the day prior to your date and can only be done on the FRONT of the rock! Reserve a date HERE.
