Mr. Leair is currently in his 31st year at Cedarburg High School.  During his time at CHS he has served 20 years as a teacher in the Physical Education Department, 11 years as the Athletic/Activities Director and 27 years as the Head Varsity Football.  Mr. Leair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical/Health Education from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Master's Degree in Athletic Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse.
