
Paul Sigler
At CHS, Paul excelled in both football an wrestling. Paul played football all 4 years, and was selected All-Conference Honorable Mention in 1975. Wrestling, however, was Paul's dominant sport, boasting a 31-1 career record. A 4-year varsity wrestler and 4-year letter winner, Paul was team captain for 2 years and MVP for 2 years. After winning conference, regional, and sectional honors, Paul was also a two-time State qualifier. Paul became CHS's first CHS's first State Champion wrestler in 1975, competing at 145 pounds.
Paul's accomplishments extended beyond the state level when, in 1974 and 1975, he was named to the USA Magazine High School All-American Team. He was further recognized in Sports Illustrated as on of the "Faces in the Crowd."
Paul received a full scholarship to UW Madison, where he was a letter winner in 1976, 1977, and 1979. Paul graduated with a degree in education and served in the Oak Creek School District as a teacher and administrator for 23 years.
