Per recent WIAA rule changes, coaches can now coach players at our previously named "open gyms", so we are replacing our previously named "open gym" dates with "contact days" to allow coaches the ability to lead/run open gyms and provide instruction during these times. If any "open gyms" are added to the calendar, coaches will be there to supervise, but with no coaching allowed.

2025 Summer VB Camp Flyer

We have a new concussion testing platform this year called Sway.  All contact sport athletes will need to take a baseline test prior to their season beginning. The concussion baseline test is used to obtain normal neurocognitive values for each individual athlete. These individual norms are used to compare post injury tests to in the event a head injury is sustained. You only need one baseline for your high school career so if you've already taken the test, please contact Melissa.

• Test should be completed prior to practice/lift or 2 hours after
• Test takes less than 30 minutes to complete
• Test is done on a cell phone, please make sure it’s charged!
• At this time, you only need to take this baseline once as a high school athlete. If you’ve already taken it with a different sport please contact Melissa to confirm. 
• If the date chosen for your team does not work, please contact Melissa for makeup testing dates/times.
