We will have a summer contact days every Tuesday and Thursday form 4-6pm starting June 3. 

We will not have any contact days the week of June 30. 

Another Summer Camp Option

Another camp option is the Players Prep Soccer Camp, which will be held August 4-7th. Camp is held at the Cedarburg soccer fields.

CHS soccer athletes are expected to participate in the Strength, Speed, and Conditioning  course offered through the Cedarburg School District Summer Academy.  This course runs daily at CHS starting June 23.

Enrollment & Registration

Registration is open. To register successfully, learn more about enrollment and course registration. 

Each player will be asked to purchase a player pack that includes 2 practice shirts and a pregame long sleeve shirt. Coach Nelson will have these available the first week of practice. Price will be determined in August 2025. Cash or check (payable to Cedarburg High School).

Varsity players will also be charged for an additional shirt for the shirt exchange with Stillwater High School. 

Season/Tryouts  will be August 18-20, 2024  4-7 pm. We will make final cuts and determine rosters by Wednesday August 20st. Roster determinations may take longer for some players and the coaching staff will communicate this information to athletes. CHS coaching staff has individual conferences with players to inform them of roster decisions. 

Historically, if any cuts are made within the program, they occur with upperclassmen.

Roster sizes are up to the coaching staff discretion.

We play to field a Varsity and JV team for the 2025 season.

Please remember to have all registration materials completed with the CHS Athletic Department prior to practice on the 18th or you will not be allowed to participate. Please bring a ball, water, running shoes, and all soccer equipment to all practices. 

We want every player in our program to have a sense of belonging and to develop into the most talented soccer player on the planet. 

Playing time is earned. JV1 and JV2 have a development focus and playing time is more evenly distributed. Varsity has a developmental and winning focus. Playing time will not be equal.  No emails or discussions about playing time with parents. Options 1. Coaches communicate with players 2. Players talk to coaches 3. If problem persists a meeting between coach, player, and parent can occur 4. Next would be to include Coach Sorensen in the discussion 5. Last option is to contact the Athletic Director.

Players all have roles and responsibilities regardless of the amount of game time. As a coaching staff we are keenly aware of playing time. Remember our lens as a coach is the entire team and individuals, whereas as parents our lens is individual first.

Varsity, JV1, and JV2 will practice daily from 4-6 pm during the season.  Additional time may be added to practice for strength and conditioning work (weight room) or at the coaches discretion.

Athletes are expected to participate and engage in all CHS Boys Soccer Team activities. Players will communicate with coaches in advance if they are going to be late or miss training or games. Athletes are also expected to communicate directly with coaches in the event of an injury or any other issues.

Parents are a vital part of the athletic experience for the student athlete and so we can positively impact our own children, their teammates and coaches, and the experiences of all individuals involved in the sporting events (opponents, referees, fans, administrators). Let’s raise our game to make the CHS Soccer Culture one to be admired and modeled.
